For mosques
Set your preferences once and get pre-filled listings
How Settings → Preferences saves your committee from re-entering the same details on every Taraweeh listing, and what is shown to Huffaz.

Most mosques answer the same questions every year: how many rakaat, whether a khatm is expected, whether a room and meals are provided. Settings → Preferences stores those answers on your profile, and each new listing starts with them already filled in.
What the Preferences page holds
- Taraweeh preferences: rakaat, khatm expectation and related details.
- Imam preferences: such as experience level, language and recitation pace.
- Facilities: accommodation, private room, meals, transport, women’s section and parking.
- Recruitment preferences: such as a local or international Hafiz, travel reimbursement and application requirements.
- Listing Defaults: what new listings start with.
Private Groups use the same page.
What gets pre-filled
A new listing is pre-filled with your rakaat, khatm expectation, accommodation, meals and transport. The honorarium starts at the minimum of your saved range, and the full range is shown as a hint. Every pre-filled field stays editable before you publish, and the listing stores whatever you submit.
Madhab and recitation pace work differently. They always come from your profile and cannot be changed on an individual listing.
What Huffaz can see
Your honorarium range and travel reimbursement on your profile are hidden from Huffaz unless you switch on ‘Show financial details to Huffaz’. That switch is off by default. It does not affect the honorarium on a listing, which is always shown on the listing page.
A suggestion for committees
Agree your preferences at a committee meeting and have one person enter them. Everyone who later creates a listing for the mosque then starts from the same agreed position, and nobody has to remember last year’s numbers.
