Reporting a problem: what happens after you press Report
What you can report on Taraweeh Connect, what administrators see and can do, and what you will and won’t be told afterwards.

Reports go to a single queue that Taraweeh Connect administrators work through. The person you report is never told who reported them.
What you can report
- A profile.
- A listing you can see.
- A message from the other side in your own conversation.
- A published review about you.
Choose Report from the ⋯ menu on the profile, listing or message, then pick a reason: Misconduct, Non-payment, Fake listing, Harassment or Sectarian misrepresentation. Fake listing can only be used for listings. You can add up to 1,000 characters of detail, which helps the administrator understand what happened.
Limits
- You can’t report yourself or an administrator.
- There can be one open report from you per profile, listing or message.
- You can submit up to 10 reports a day.
What administrators see
Administrators see the report, its reason and details, and the reported profile, listing or review. For a reported message, they see only that message and its sender, never the rest of your conversation. Administrators cannot otherwise read chats.
What they can do
- Warn the user.
- Suspend the profile, or restore it later.
- Close a listing.
- Hide a review.
- Close the report with no action.
Every action is logged. A suspended user can still sign in and cancel or decline existing matches and bookings. They cannot apply, invite, message, publish listings, review or report, and they disappear from search except for people who already share a match or booking with them.
What you are told
Settings → Safety & Support → My reports lists your reports with their status: Submitted, Under review or Closed. You are not told the outcome or what action was taken. This protects everyone involved, including you.
